Driver’s Licenses
A driver’s license is a multifunctional document that not only grants the right to drive certain vehicles but is also often used as an identity document in countries without national identity cards. It is therefore crucial that driver’s licenses include numerous security features. The international standard ISO/IEC 18013, in force since 2009, provides a framework for migration to a secure document similar to a credit card, using visual security features and a standardized scheme for basic data.

Mobile ID
Mobile ID significantly simplifies the adoption of an electronic citizen identity for all users. This system uses Mobile PKI, which provides a very strong security framework, as all security-related operations are performed directly on the SIM card. The SIM card is a highly tamper-resistant environment, which ensures that the users’ identity is protected against any attempt of misuse.
